Noodles & Walnuts

1/2 cup olive oil
2 tbs butter
garlic (6)
1 cup chopped parsley
1 cup walnuts (chopped)
1 1/4 pound dried noodles
1 cup parmigiano-reggiano

boil noodles, warm oil and butter, add garlic, toss oil with drained and cooked noodles, stir in parsley and toasted walnuts
