Barbeque Steak

1 c ketchup
1/2 c water
1/4 c vinegar
1/4 c chopped green pepper
1/4 c chopped onion
1 1/2 c Worcestershire sauce
1 tbs prepared mustard
2 tbs brown sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
4 lbs round steak cut 1/2 inch thick

Combine all ingredients except steak in sauce pan. Bring to a boil and simmer for about five minutes over low heat, keep hot. Pound round steak to break tissues. Cut into servings. Place in large roasting pan, pouring hot barbeque sauce over steak. Bake at 325 degrees for 1.5 to 2 hours.
