Coconut Pecan Frosting

Combine in sauce pan:
1 c evaporated milk
1 c sugar
3 egg yolks
1/4 lb margarine
1 tsp vanilla

Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thick, about 12 minutes. Remove from heat and add 1 1/3 c angel flake coconut and 1 c chopped pecans. Beat until cool and easy to spread.
