6 tbsp flour
2/3 c sugar
3/4 c water
1/2 c frozen concentrated orange juice, thawed
1 c whipping cream
Mix flour and sugar in a sauce pan. Add small amount of water and blend. Stir in remaining water. Cook, stirring constantly until thick and smooth. After mixture thickens continue to cook for 2 minutes. Add orange concentrate gradually. Blend well. Chill whipping cream. Beat until stiff and fold into orange mixture. Split cream puff, or use for cakes and jelly rolls. Or use with favorite white or orange cake between layers and top. Chill until ready to serve.
