1/2 c peanut butter
1/2 c shortening
1/2 c brown sugar, firmly packed
1 egg
3/4 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 cup flour
Mix in order given, form into small balls and place on greased baking sheet. Press with a fork that has been dipped in flour and then press perpendicular to first mark. Bake at 375 F for about 10 minutes.
