2 egg whites, at room temperature
2/3 c sugar
1 c chocolate chips
1 c rice krispies
1 tsp vanilla
In evening, preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a small mixing bowl beat egg whites until firm. Gradually add sugar until mixture will stand in peaks. Stir in krispies, chips and vanilla. Beat thoroughly but do not overbeat or over-mix. Drop onto foil lined cookie sheet. Place close as they spread little. Place in oven and immediately turn off heat. DO NOT OPEN OVEN UNTIL MORNING. If baking in the day, it takes six hours to bake.
