2 c sugar
2 eggs
2 c flour
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp soda
1 c oil
4 c apples, sliced thin
1 c chopped English walnuts
1 tsp vanilla
Mix ingredients together with spoon (DO NOT USE MIXER, batter will be stiff) Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes. Use 9x13 inch pan that has been greased and floured.
